8 slices of bread
3 cups of hot milk
2 eggs (for vegetarians, add 3 tbsp of custard powder instead of eggs)
200 gms of sugar
200 gms butter
Handful of nuts an raisins
Break the bread slices into a mixing bowl.
Pour in piping hot milk and sugar and let it stand for about 10 mins.
Add the butter and mix well so the bread disintegrates completely.
Beat the eggs and add into the mixture with nuts and raisins.
Mix well with few drops of vanilla essence.
Pre heat oven at 300 degree and let the mix bake at 200 degree for 1/2 an hr.
Delicious bread pudding is ready.
