200 gms medium size button mushrooms
2 tsp pepper powder (or to taste)
1 tsp chilli flakes (or to taste)
8 garlic cloves finely chopped
Salt to taste
Cut the mushrooms into halves and wash thoroughly.
Heat oil in a wok and add the garlic. Sauté till browning.
Add the mushrooms and stir briskly.
Add salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
Cook on high flame, stirring occasionally, till mushrooms are done.
Should take about 10 minutes.
