Spinach Soup

1 bunch of spinach (only leaves)
1 small onion
5 cloves garlic
2 green chillies
1 bay leaf
1 tsp freshly cracked pepper
salt to taste
Chop the onion fine and sautee in butter / oil with one bay leaf, garlic and chopped green chilli till transparent.
Chop spinach leaves and sautee in this with pepper and salt to taste.
Remove the bay leaf and cool.
Make a paste in the mixie.
Give one more boil adding water for desired consistency and salt if required.
