1/4 cup sesame / any other vegetable oil
4 dry kashmiri chillies, stems removed
6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Heat the oil and add in the garlic.
Turn off heat and add the kashmiri chillies.
Cover and let the mix cool.
Drain the oil of the chillies and garlic.
Your chilli-garlic oil is ready to use.
