Whole Baked Potatoes with Bacon and Cheese

potatoIngredients
6 big potatoes (longish)
200 gms bacon (approx)
6 slices of  cheese (approx)
2-3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp chilli flakes
Salt to taste

Method
Wash the potatoes well , rubbing the mud off the jackets under running water.
Make multiple cuts along the length of the potato, taking care not to cut through the whole width.
Mix the olive oil, pepper, chilli flakes and salt and rub well into the cuts of the potatoes.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and make strips of the cheese slices.
Stuff small amounts of the bacon and cheese into the slits of the potatoes.
Preheat the oven to 180 deg and bake till done.
Cooking time varies according to size and type of potato, but they should  be done in about 30 minutes.
Check for readiness, and if still feeling raw, bake another 10 minutes.
