Rice Dosas

1.5 cup leftover cooked rice
1 cup raw rice
1 tsp fenugreek (methi seeds)
1 egg
Salt to taste
Oil to cook.

Soak raw rice and methi seeds overnight.
Grind the raw rice in a blender.
Add the cooked rice and grind together to a fine paste.
Add water if required. The mixture should not be grainy.
Beat the egg in a bowl and add the mixture to this.
Add salt as required, and mix well.
The batter should be slightly very slightly thinner than regular dosa consistency.
Heat a pan and pour a ladle of batter.
Spread and cook like regular dosa.
Can be had with any chutney, or even dry prawn chutney.
