Healthy Spinach Tikkas

1 bunch spinach
1 big potato
5-6 slices of bread
3 Green chillies
5 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Fine semolina (rava) for dusting
Oil to fry

Wash the spinach well and place in a vessel.
Cook with chillies and garlic.
Cool and puree.
Boil the potato and mash well.
Mix the spinach and potato together.
Powder the bread slices in a blender and mix with the spinach and potato.
Add salt and the dry masala powders and mix well.
Divide the mixture into small lemon size balls.
Oil your palm and form small flattish shapes like kebabs.
Roll in fine semolina and shallow fry in a pan.
Serve hot with Ketchup or tamarind chutney.
