3 big potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/4 cup soya flour
1 big white onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp milk
Salt to taste
Heat the butter in a pan and sauté onions till transparent.
In a bowl, mix well the onion with the potato, flour, pepper, seasoning, chilli flakes and salt.
Beat the eggs lightly with the milk and blend into this mixture with a spatula.
Heat the grill plate on maximum heat.
Scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the grill sandwich toaster plate and close the lid.
Cook for till the pancake is golden brown and crisp.
Should take about 6-8 minutes.
