2 mangoes, diced into small cubes
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Heat a little butter in a vessel and add the mango cubes.
Caramelise with the sugar and add the cinnamon powder.
Remove from heat.
Grind together the oats and the sugar in a blender.
Mix together all the dry ingredients.
Slowly add the milk a little at a time to form a thin batter, taking care no lumps are formed.
Heat a small pan and lightly grease with butter.
Pour a dollop of batter into the pan, quickly swirling to form a thin crepe.
Cook through and turn for a second or two.
Remove onto a plate.
Spread the stuffing on one side and fold over.
Drizzle with a little honey and serve warm.
