Quick Curried Prawns

prawnIngredients
1 kg prawns
4 onions,  sliced fine
3 tomatoes,  chopped small
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 capsicum, diced
2 green chillies
4-5 curry leaves
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method
Hear oil in a pan and sautee onions till brown
Add ginger garlic paste and sautee till the raw smell disappears.
Add the tomatoes and fry well.
Add the powder masalas and soya sauce and fry again.
Sautee the prawns and diced capsicum in this mix for a minute or two before adding in salt, sugar, vinegar and curry leaves.
After a minute or two add in a little water and slit Green chillies and bring to a boil.
Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
