12-15 chicken wings
Salt to taste
For the Sauce
½ cup tomato ketchup
½ cup chilli sauce
¼ cup white vinegar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp pepper powder
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sugar
10-12 cloves garlic, chopped fine
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup water
1 tbsp cornflour
Preheat the oven to 160 deg on grill mode
Rub the wings with salt and grill, in single layer, till skin just starts browning.
Should take not more than 5-7 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing together and bringing to a soft boil all sauce ingredients, except cornflour.
When the sauce starts bubbling, add the wings and coat well with the sauce.
Cover and cook on medium flame for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the wings from the sauce and again grill them in the oven, now preheated to 180 deg. for about 10 minutes.
In the meanwhile, add the cornflour mixed with a little water to the sauce and heat for about 3 minutes to thicken.
Plate the wings and coat with the sauce.
