Potato-Cheese Omlette

Potato OmletteIngredients
1 egg
1 medium potato
1 cheese cube
1/4 tsp mixed Italian seasoning
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp milk
Salt to taste
Oil as required

Grate the potato.
Add the seasoning, chilli powder and  salt to taste and mix well by hand.
Lightly beat together the egg, milk and grated cheese.
Mix the potato mixture into the egg.
Heat oil in a pan and pour in the mixture.
Let it cook on medium flame, first on one side then the other.
Serve with tomato ketchup and lightly toasted bread.
