1 cup ragi (red millet) flour
1/2 cup rice flour
2 tsp urad dal flour
3 tbsp curd
1 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 Green chillies, chopped fine
A handful of coriander leaves, chopped fine
Salt to taste
Oil and water as required
Mix the flours and cumin seeds together.
Dilute the curd with a little water and add to the mix.
Keep adding water a little ata time till you get a thick pouring Consistency.
Keep aside for around 30 mins – 1 hr.
Add salt and chopped coriander.
Check for consistency once again and add a little water if required since ragi tends to thicken.
Heat a flat girdle (tawa) and lightly grease.
Lower the heat, ladle some batter and spread on the girdle.
Increase heat and drizzle oil around the circumference of the dosa.
Cook well on one side and flip.
Lower the heat and cook the other side for a minute or so.
Serve hot with chutney.
